The system is equipped with a fiber laser source, which ensures that any metal is cut with maximum efficiency and excellent quality. The laser is also perfect for thin pipes that are easier to deform if processed with traditional technology. Cutting, drilling, punching, milling, deburring etc. – these operations are traditionally performed one after another. The laser performs them all together in one operation, during one cycle.
The LT-FREE 5-axis laser cutting system is perfect for processing any three-dimensional details. Bent, hydro formed and pre-formed pipes are just a few of the examples that our machine can handle perfectly!
3D laser cutting is the guarantee of repeatability, the possibility of processing highly reflective materials, as well as zero defects.
