Racking systems for stuffing trolleys

Racking systems for stuffing trolleys 200 l / 4 shelves

In large food production plants, the use of numerous 200-liter stuffing trolleys (also known as cymbals, Japanese carts, or stuffing containers) is very common. They have various applications for transporting raw materials and semi-finished food products as well as loading them into appropriate machines. However, there is the issue of storing clean trolleys between production cycles. Solutions are sought to help reduce the space occupied by these trolleys. In theory, these containers can be easily stacked one on top of the other, but the higher trolley would need to be placed with its wheels inside the lower one.

Since the wheels typically come into contact with the floor (after all, they must be transported somehow from the washing station to the storage area), such a solution raises many concerns regarding maintaining proper cleanliness of the trolleys. For this reason, to meet the needs of our clients, we have designed special modular racks for stuffing trolleys.
