Thanks to the indirect heating system, in which the heating medium is glycerine heated by electric heaters, it is characterized by high working culture and economy of use. Through this form of heating, direct contact between the heater and the cooked food is avoided, which excludes burning.
Available with a tap with a 2” valve.
Ideally suited for mixing and preparing vegetables, meat, soups, pet food, sauces, pomades, jams.
Different types of stirrers available depending on the product to be mixed.
The boiler has safety features:
Protection against starting the boiler with the flap open.
Protection when the flap is lifted, the boiler shuts down automatically.
Safety switch.
The use of glycerine makes the boiler keep warm longer after heating up, it does not cool down rapidly – this allows more economical operation.
Ergonomic design ensures operation of temperature settings, stirrer, lid and valve with one hand.
