The boiler is designed to safely, easily and automatically empty it of the products being prepared. The boiler design reduces the risk of injury to workers and increases process efficiency.
Indirect heating is a safe and efficient way to prepare the product. Made of 1.4301 stainless steel for long service and corrosion resistance. The flap, located on two hinges, is raised electrically (button), which ensures safety and convenience of use.
Basket lifted by an electric actuator. The design of the basket ensures easy and efficient draining of the prepared products. (We match the type of basket with the product during the inquiry). The design of the hopper allows simple emptying of the boiler. Removable hopper. The boiler is equipped with a water refilling system. 1 1/2” valve (optional 2”). Digital control, wall-mounted control box.
Heating medium: glycerin. The power of the installed heaters 27 kW. Legacy version. The frame design ensures the stability of the boiler and trouble-free operation.
The structure is equipped with rails for a forklift for simple transportation of the boiler. The boiler is equipped with a rebounder. Option: air mixing / other capacity. Maximum load of 275 kg.
