Modular racking system for trolleys 200 l
In large food production facilities, the use of numerous 200-liter stuffing trolleys (also known as bin/ buggy/ meat cart) is very common. These trolleys are widely used for transporting raw materials and semi-finished food products, as well as loading them into appropriate machines. However, there is a challenge with storing clean trolleys between production cycles. In such situations, finding solutions to reduce the space occupied by the trolleys becomes crucial. While, in theory, these containers can be stacked one on top of another, in practice, the upper trolley would need to be placed with its wheels inside the lower trolley.
Since the wheels usually come into contact with the floor (as they need to be transported from the washing station to the storage area), such stacking raises concerns about maintaining proper cleanliness of the trolleys. This is why, to meet the needs of our clients, we have designed special modular racks for stuffing trolleys.
